Dive into Blue is an immersive VR experience designed to raise public awareness about marine pollution and inspire collective action for ocean conservation. Drawing on the real-world efforts of “The Ocean Cleanup“ as the main narrative thread, the project takes audiences on an emotional journey from witnessing the scale of plastic waste in the oceans to experiencing the impact of clean-up interventions. Alongside this central storyline, the piece integrates interviews with smaller grassroots organisations and individual activists, highlighting diverse approaches to protecting marine ecosystems and showing that meaningful change can begin at any scale.
Combining cinematic visual design, spatial sound, and interactive elements, Dive into Blue aims to engage users not only as passive observers but as active participants in restoring ocean health.
